PLEIN SUD, the southern journey, is an adventure that makes us discover the Americas in company of 10 quebeckers during a 3 months and a half journey. This unique project was born from the Trinôme producer minds. Madeleine Poulin, globe-trotter journalist, which has just come back from a long back-pack trip in Asia was the first to spontaneously accept the offer of the producers. Réginald Fleury - of another culture and generation - which is also Madeleine’s friend, just could not say no. The journey is being related to the audience via the Docuweb, which is like a ship’s log for the production team on the ground. Then, from February, TV5 broadcast the 13 hours series which brings us the views of Madeleine and Réginald over their experiences. Two documents, different rhythms that complete each others in order to recreate the adventure.
